The Black Horse at Blyton was the venue for the U14 Juniors’ end-of-season presentation night – and an opportunity to get together to reflect on a campaign in which the team showed an abundance of spirit and character during some frustrating times.

Long-term injuries and illness left an already small squad down to the bare bones for long spells, but despite having to play an unwelcome number of games at least one player down, they have produced some creditable performances and never given in.

Particular ‘well dones’ go to Will on being named Players’ Player of the Year, Theo (Parents’ Player of the Year) and Dan (Most Improved Player).
